Shakespeare In The Barn - Much Ado About Nothing

Much Ado About Nothing Synopsis

Much Ado About Nothing is a light-hearted and delightfully witty comedy set in Messina, Sicily. When a band of soldiers return home, their leader, Don Pedro, indulges in his passion for matchmaking. His friend Claudio, a young lord from Florence, is arranged to wed the governor’s beautiful daughter, Hero, but Don Pedro’s envious brother, Don John, plots to tear them apart. Meanwhile, the pompous Benedick engages in verbal jousts with Hero’s feisty cousin, Beatrice, and they both discover—to their utter disgust—that there is a fine line between love and hate.
