About The Dover Community Orchestra
The Dover Community Orchestra, sponsored by OrangeMite Studios, is the only ensemble of its kind in the area. It is composed of musicians of all ages and ability levels, from York County and beyond. This group rehearses weekly, Wednesday nights from 6:00 to 8:00 at Dover Area High School, 46 West Canal Street Dover, PA 17315.

This orchestra rehearses and performs a wide variety of musical styles with an assortment of difficulty levels to keep all musicians actively engaged. Overtures, dances, symphonic works, film scores, as well as other classics are part of the DCO’s repertoire. Frequently, the orchestra will showcase special guest solo artists who will perform concertos or other featured works.
